Molecular and Biomedical Sciences Dept. Uni. of South Aust. is working on a joint project with the Waite Institute of Adelaide University to develop automated in-line monitoring of a variety of parameters during fermentation of wines. This is in order to assist modern winemakers in improving the quality of their wines.
